Our Policy:

  • If you aren’t happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@wildandzen.com
  • If something arrives damaged or defective, let us know and we will replace it or refund if necessary
  • Our return policy does not cover damage caused by sun exposure (natural rubber mats), improper use, or accidents

 

Shipping:

We offer FREE ground shipping on all U.S. orders (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and off-shore U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico)

Ground shipping is approximately 5-7 business days. Free Shipping Offers may be suspended during promotional periods.

Please note that we do not ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and select holidays.

Previous purchases are NOT eligible for adjustments.

International Shipping:

The customer will be responsible for any international shipping cost.

APO/FPO PO Boxes Shipping:

No, unfortunately we do not offer shipping to APO/FPO or PO Box Addresses at this time.

 

Returns:

How to return my items? Easy! Follow the steps below.

Contact us at info@wildandzen.com and provide order number and reason for returning. We will email the return label to you.

We suggest that you ship with a tracking number and insurance as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. 

WILD+ ZEN will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the original form of payment. 

Your return will be accepted if your item:

  • Is returned within 14-days of receipt
  • Has not been used or washed
  • Still has tags/packaging attached
  • Returns must be free from damage and dirt/marks
  • Returns must be sent in their original shipping box or one with the similar dimensions  

Please note all items are subject to inspection and a $10 restocking fee may be applied to items that are returned damaged and not in original packaging. Due to an automatic ordering system, order modifications are no longer possible once your order has been placed online. As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking email that will enable you to track your package. 

WILD+ZEN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return, exchange or credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is. Promotions including coupons and promo codes, cannot be applied to Final Sale purchases.
